Good day

On 30 December I contacted Nos and changed my contract. Now I am being invoiced for both my old contract and my new one. Please assist.

Thank you

Probably because it has to do with 2 periods and it is correct. Check the times

Thanks for the advice. I looked at the app and  Im not being charged for my old contract, im being charged for roaming. I’m being charged an additional €125.02 for my SIM cards.
I am not sure why I am being charged for roaming as I did not ask for this when changing contacts

Thanks

I travelled to France and Spain this year, then to South Africa with a transit in Angola where I was charged the roaming fees

Thank you for the information, @Savannah Rose.

In Angola and South Africa, roaming has associated costs, as these are destinations that don’t belong to the European Union. Before you travel, you should check the roaming conditions here.

I understand that, but are you saying that roaming is automatically activated on the SIM cards? I also travelled to South Africa twice last year and this did not happen

Roaming is available automatically in these two destinations, @Savannah Rose , and is also part of the NOS service conditions.

However, outside the European Union there are associated costs that must be taken into account whenever you travel. It is enough for you to register with one of the local networks for roaming to be used. The way to avoid these additional costs is to make sure that mobile data roaming is turned off on your device or, alternatively, to activate flight mode.

Best regards
