Hello. I have a problem with my Apple Watch. When I connected to NOS with a new number everything was ok. But when my old number was transfer from another operator to NOS I couldn’t connect my Apple Watch again. I have a message that I haven’t a smart number in my account. I talked twice with your technical support, but my problem hasn’t been resolve yet. What I should do? I changed the operator to NOS because you have a smart number, and I pay for this function but haven’t it. 
 

PS I think you should remove a smart number from my account and connect again because I see that function is active in my account.

I wrote yesterday but nobody has been answer me.

Your technical support in Facebook wrote me that status of problem in progress and ask me waiting (how long?). 

It all very sad
