We had the n° de client ********* (NIF: *********).
We have cancelled our subscription to NOS on the 03 october 2023. We went to the loja at this address:
Av. da República 10, 1050-191 Lisboa, Portugal
We gave back the equipement, and then we left Portugal. We are living in France since the 06 of october 2023.
However, we are still receiving the emails about paying the monthly subscription. But we no longer live in Portugal and have cancelled our account.
Can you please find a solution and cancel the account for good?
