Customer service just keep giving the same advice about clearing the cache out reinstalling the app, and are now trying to blame my phone. Does NOS not have an effective system for reporting bugs? 

 

Video plays for a few seconds then freezes, but sounds keeps playing.

That is the usual steps. If its not working its suggested you try another phone, unless more people with google pixel 6 come forward claiming the same problem.
