Hi, I have the Kanguru XL hotspot and my connection keeps cutting out. It's been like this since the beginning. Sometimes I have to restart the router 3x a day. I called the help line a few times but they always say they can't see anything wrong and the lights on the router indicate that I have internet but I do not. They then say the technical line will call me but by the time they do the connection is back.

 

Sometimes it is fixed after restarting. Other times like this evening it is not coming back. I am working from home and it is really exhausting having to worry about it every day.

Hi @Inês B. 

It's been 7 days since I sent the private message as instructed and still I have received no reply. This is severely affecting my work since I am working from home. 

I am really disappointed with the lack of response and urgency in this matter. I have tried to call as well but they barely understood English which made it really difficult to explain.

Can we please try to fix my issue
