Dear NOS team,
some weeks ago I moved to a new address. I wanted to take my contract from the old address to the new one. Instead of this easy thing I have two contracts now. I had several times contact to your hotline and I am tired of this. I received a message that the contract from old address will be cancelled and I have to pay a fee of over 270€ because of missing loyalty. The hotline didn’t solve this problem yet. I don’t want to pay the fee. I am still your client. Please help me. I am tired of calling this hotline. Everybody is telling me other stories there.
