Dear NOS team,

some weeks ago I moved to a new address. I wanted to take my contract from the old address to the new one. Instead of this easy thing I have two contracts now. I had several times contact to your hotline and I am tired of this. I received a message that the contract from old address will be cancelled and I have to pay a fee of over 270€ because of missing loyalty. The hotline didn’t solve this problem yet. I don’t want to pay the fee. I am still your client. Please help me. I am tired of calling this hotline. Everybody is telling me other stories there.

Good afternoon,

I requested a change of address. I don’t where the mistake happened. But the hotline said I won’t have to pay anything because they fix it. But until now no result.

If you followed this procedure and requested only that change, there call was recorded.

Okay but is not helpful now… what to do? Is it so difficult to make this change now for you…
