Wifi router

Can somebody from NOS come and update my router?

The speed is ridiculously slow (worse than a dial-up modem!),

I was told when I signed the contract that I would get decent service, but haven’t, at all.  Ever.

We live in a village where the mobile signal is terrible.  I told them that at the start.

I asked for a hard line telephone, but never got one.  

When a technician eventually came to my home, he told me the wifi was coming through a sim card in the router, then slid open the panel on the back to show me!  I laughed.  What else could I do?

Now I see the router should have an antenna, which we never received.

Anyway.  Sooner is best.  I’ve really had enough.
