Hello,

 

i just bought a kanguru hotspot with 15 days of internet included, but when I insert the SIM card and try to connect it says « no SIM card or SIM card not valid ».

 

can you please help ?

Please check that the SIM card is inserted correctly in the device and let us know if you can now access the internet.
