I've bought (30.07.24) pre-paid card NOS 10 days internet (Prepaid Mobile Data Plan) and after four days of use (02.08.24) it stopped working demanding top-up. What could be the problem, it's a prepaid plan? thanks a lot!

o meu cartão SIM pré-pago NOS 10 dias internet deixa de funcionar após quatro dias de utilização. Exige recarga. Qual poderá ser o problema? muito obrigado!
Como exige recarga deve precisar de saldo. Recomendo ligar á linha de apoio 931699000 e perguntar
