Change the address for on of my accounts


I have been trying several times to use the autocall feature from NOS Portal in order be called so I can request to change the address for one of my accounts with NOS. I have been called by some colleagues from NOS but unfortunately no one was able to speak English. My Portuguese is not so good but still I tried to explain what I need, but I wasn’t able to explain myself pretty well. 

Is it possible to get some help please?
