Nos service is the worst I ever met.
I’m paying you for the top speed of the internet that breaks the connection every minute. I need the technician to come and fix this and make sure that the coverage in all places of the house is good.
I don’t want to stay on the support line for 40 minutes waiting when somebody answers and then paying hundreds of EUR for this to my mobile operator. Please, arrange the visit to my place ASAP based on my account information.

Is it fiber or satelite?
Nos will not make sure that you have good coverage everywhere. They put 1 router only. It might not be enough to have good coverage.
