I tried to report suspiciously elevado consumo dos dados de Internet (just in 1 day- 9th of March 2023/ 10 GB!!!!). It all happened in 1 hour, when my phone was not in use, in my bag! I started to reciving one by one text messsages, that my pacotes are used. I went to the Loja NOS (11th of Mar), called NOS (was transfering from person to person-no one was competent enough to help) and wrote down all the situation in formulario de contacto in Provedoria NOS (the only 1 written contact possible with NOS). After sending formularios de contacto at Provedoria NOs- I got next day text message that “ Para reportar situacao ralativa a servicios NOS por favor contacte-nos pelos canais mais convenientes para si (Forum NOS, App, Area do Cliente) ou liegue 16990 opcao 2 para que nossos especialistas possam ajudar. A Provadoria NOS so consequira intervenir caso essa resolucao nao seja conclusiva”. It is impossible to get any help or respond from NOS. I reported the fraud/or NOS technical proble on ALL canais ( early March 2023) and till now (26 th the April)- no answer from NOs, no contact or solution. ZERO. In Loja NOS (11th of March) the functionario told me- that is all reported now and SOLVED. Which is not true. I got the invoice with 137 Euro to be expected to be paid and nobody even try to help or analise that it is impossible to use 10 GB just in 1 hour of time (national)! I am VERY dissapointed with trying to contact NOS.
