I have a contract for 1Gbit/s and I also pay for 1Gbit/s. Unfortunately I don’t receive this! My nos app tells me that i have only 200mbit and when I test it, the results are 200.
I have called the Serviceline several times now and nothing was done. I also have been to the NOS Shop and nothing was done there as well.
