My guest took my Hotspot with SIM card, so I had to buy a new Hotspot and swop the SIM card for a new one but keeping the same number. How do I set this up or will the new SIM work using the same password?

Yes the wi-fi password. Or because it's a new router does it have a default new password that is provided ?

Yes, each router has its own Wi-Fi password. You can check what is the new password in the sticker that’s on the new hotspot, or configure a new password in the htspot’s configuration page.
You can check more information about how to configure the hotspot in the quick installation guide provided in the package.
