Hi, nos technician did not did not start my tv box 3 months go and i will pay for it hi will also give me the tv box without remote also i call to nos help line i did not speak Portuguese and they don't understand english but last time i will call and they say tomorrow technician come to your home between 8 to 1 hour and change the tv box and resolve your problem but 3 months gone hi did not come can i disconnect my service or anybody solve my problem thank you
