Hello I got a charge of around 100 EUR after talking for 45 minutes to NOS trying to deactivate my phone line. I was calling from abroad. This is absolutely unacceptable that I am charged so much for talking to customer service and on top of that I had to wait for 45 min on the line and I didn’t even get my topic resolved. I want to file a formal complaint and get reimbursement. How I can I do that ?

All the costumer support calls made from abroad have the cost os an international call, defined by the service provider.
