Wrong roaming data bill

Hello,

I have a NOS card. Recently I travelled to China and received a message saying I have used 61.5 euros roaming data. The SMS was send right after I turn on the phone. That's too wired. I have to locked the sim card immediately.

How this happened under the situation of not using any app? 

Please correct the data roaming bill.

We suggest that you check through your device’s setting for more information regarding what app or system did the consumption of mobile data in that period.

Hello ​@Jiawei Wang,

If you have mobile data on, your device can connect and use mobile data even if no app is opened.

The consumptions made in roaming, are shared with NOS by the service provider that your device connected to.

Thanks for your reply. But I was at the hotel with the Wifi on at that time.

I reckon my case is similar with this case

If the bill can not be correct, is there other solutions? To pay for a 61-euro bill for things I did not use

is too much.
