For two days, home internet service has been at 3g or less on the phone it is H+. Download speed is max 640 Bps. Note this is not KBps! When is this going to be fixed.

As of this evening, there is still nothing beyond 3G coverage on the home internet or mobile phones and the data transfer rate on the NOS router is less than 1kBPS.
