Since 3 days my internet router signal is very very slow or no signal at all. Makes my work impossible.
Had the same issue about a year ago.

I already reset the router multiple times. Also changed position The online router interface from NOS sometimes gives 3G sometimes 4G most of the time no connection.
First would advice reading the router manual here.
Probably a hard reset would do be nice, the reset is in the picture bellow.

Can you not give me acces to 5G?
The Sim in the router says its ready for 5G.
When i upgrade to 5G wil i be having internet?

Sorry the only solution your company can come up with is sending customers ‘that pay a proper price for your service’….1o years back in time to 3G internet speed. Who can work on a 3G network in 2023?
Upgrade your customers when you don’t do what they pay for! or atleast come with a discount solution or something …..What a company….can’t believe it.

The B311-221 is a 4G router, not prepared for 5G connections.
