Hello, I did a topup for my mobile internet (XL) via my bank (topup section)>
At the bank (as I see on internet) the payment went well.
But when I login to my personal/client area of the NOS.pt site I see that my number has not been updated yet (after a day).
Why is that?
(Note that I did the topup for my visit tomorrow and the number/mobile receiver is not in use since I switch it on when I arrive. So is it because the apparatus is still off. And in that case, will it be topped when I switch the apparatus on?)
