Boa noite @Mário P. Obrigada for the document. I’ve seen it before but I don’t understand it. It’s not very user-friendly, unfortunately. I understand the pre-paid Kanguru XL relates to 3. Internet movel e internet no telemovel. But there are a lot of exceptions written there and I did not find any information what’s the anounced maximum speed for Kanguru XL at the moment? Could you clarify? Thanks

The speed you can achieve depends on the network coverage in the location where you are going to use it.
Kanguru XL is a tariff for the "Internet Móvel" service. If you have 5G, you can use the maximum traffic, up to 1Gbps download and 100Mbps upload.

Eu tenho um kanguru XL que entretanto avariou e eu optei por aderir ao Total, Gostava de saber quando posso dar baixa do equipamento e desistir de um serviço que estou a pagar sem necessitar já dele (acabo a fidelização em março de 2026)
