My Sim card stopped working while am in roaming in India. It was working fine until November 28. Eventhough all bills are paid on time . I don't know why NOS team deleting the sim data from the HSS/HLR often. So they can charge duplicate sim card fee for every 2 months. Is it new cheating trick ?

Hi . Am not able to make or receive any calls and sms. Not able to any network. When I tried to attach airtel ( your sim does not allow to attach this network.) Same error message I get for all operator ( airtel , Vodafone, JIO). My mobile number 351 **************. ( esim) . Usually it was working on airtel until November 27 2023. 

 Can you please check did somebody deleted my sim subscription from subscriber profile in HSS?
