We appreciate your message. You can submit your request through my.nos.pt, under "Manage Account" > "Account details" > "Disable services".

After submitting your request, a specialized team will contact you to follow up on it. Learn more through the NOS Website
The first call you receive from us is automated and, therefore, you will hear it in Portuguese. However, you will then be transferred to an assistant to follow up on your request in English.

Moro no reino unido, gostava por favor de cancelar o contrato, ja tentei fazer por a aplicaçao mas nao tenho numero portugues, o motivo para querer cancelar é que ambas a caixas pararam de funcionar, ja as tenho ha uns anos, por isso por favor gostaria de fazer o pedido de cancelamento do meu contrato por favor.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I have already tried that but in my NOS Portal my Wifi does not even show up, just my SIM card. And when I try to cancel it that way, it says that I do not have permission to do so even though it is under my name and NIF number.

Hello ​@carlo_hischi,

It seems that your services are not associated with your my NOS customer area and, for that reason, you are only able to view your SIM card.

You can find out how to associate your services in my NOS through our article and, after doing so, please let us know whether you were able to submit the contact request.
