Subject: Cancellation of WiFi Service and Dispute over Billing

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I am writing to bring to your attention that I, Sahil Thakur (Finance Number: ***********), canceled my WiFi service on November 23, 2024. I returned all the equipment, including the WiFi broadband device, to your store, Mantijo. Your representative provided me with a paper confirming the closure of my WiFi service, which I signed.

 

However, I have received a new bill for the WiFi service. I would like to emphasize that I will not pay this bill, as I have already canceled the service. I request that you take immediate action to correct this error and stop sending me bills.

 

If I continue to receive bills, I will be forced to file a complaint against your company. I hope you understand that canceling a service should result in no further billing.

 

I have paid only the 25 euros, for which I have a paper receipt from your store. I will not pay any additional amounts.

 

Please look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to resolve the issue.

Depending on the billing cicle, you will probably need to pay one more bill after cancelation. So im assuming the value is correct
