I have a problem

I've bought (30.07.24) pre-paid card NOS 10 days internet (Prepaid Mobile Data Plan) and after four days of use (02.08.24) it stopped working demanding top-up. What could be the problem, it's a prepaid plan? thanks a lot!

Como exige recarga deve precisar de saldo. Recomendo ligar á linha de apoio 931699000 e perguntar
