nano sim card

i have purchased a new mobile phone and I need to change my sim card to a nano sim card but want to keep the same number. I am trying to order this on the nos website (in english) but cannot find how to do this from the online shop. I have no mobile signal in my house and have tried to call customer services on skype but nos has a message which says that they cannot contact me and then goes dead. HELP PLEASE
