Hello I'm Adrien Blondel customer number with nif number .... 

Following the deletion of an unwanted email address where I was receiving all my invoices from your company concerning an apartment I own in rua dis Oceanos Quarteira.

I'm having problems because I can't access my invoices and of course I need them for my accounting. The e-mail address has been deleted and the telephone number encoded is a Portuguese number; I've never had a Portuguese line. So I can't get a code to connect it. 

After a call from Luxembourg, my country of residence, where I was told that nothing could be done over the phone and that I would have to go and do it in a store in Portugal, I went to the store in Quarteira on September 5, 2024, where they were unable to help me. 

In fact, they told me in turn that I had to contact the online service; which I did immediately, as the online service had told me to go to the store...

Once I was on the phone with Ms Catarina Andrea, I wanted to put the phone through to the person in the store, who refused, as he wasn't authorized to do so.

As a customer who pays his bills on time and has encountered a technical problem, what should I do? To have access to these bills, I find it unacceptable not to be able to put you in touch with the customer.

As a customer who pays his invoices on time and has encountered a technical problem, what should I do? In order to have access to these invoices, I find it unacceptable not to be able to agree on the procedures to be followed and, above all, to make myself travel to Portugal, only to end up doing nothing.

In the meantime, I would ask you to do whatever is necessary to remedy my problem in one way or another.

From what we understand, you’ve received the invoices in your e-mail address previously. As so we can assume the e-mail address is the correct one in our end.
Have you checked the spam or deleted items inbox in your e-mail address? You might have created a rule moving all the NOS e-mails to another folder.

You can also access all the invoices through the my NOS app or my.nos.pt.
