I can’t pay the invoice with credit card and direct debit !


Hello.

 

i have my NOS app configured and I can see my invoices.

I want to pay with credit card but even though the description says that I can pay Visa and Mastercard … in the next step I can see only Multibanco.

 

I’m choosing Pagar factura. There is a description „Pagamento disponível por MBWay, Visa ou Mastercard” so I’m choosing „continuar para pagamento” which showing me only MB WAY on the next screen.

 

Also, I tried to set up a direct debit from my polish EUR account - I set the IBAN correctly … and I always get the error page when finished.

 

That’s so frustrating. Can you please help me to configure the app for credit card payments? Or that direct debit …?

Hello Joao, Thank you for your answer.

Could you please tell me where can I find the option to pay by card?

When I go do the final screen, where I should have - according to instructions - two options for payment: credit card & MB WAY, I only see the MB WAY. Is it possible to make this option available to me?

You can use this reference to pay through your home banking app.

Hello, yes, I can see MB Way. But it’s only working with portugal bank account - am I right?

It’s useless for me because I don’t have bank account in Portugal.

I wish to pay via credit card which would be the simplest way or direct debit from my polish bank account.

Thank you for your feedback. 

If you don't have a Portuguese bank account, you can pay the invoice in a NOS Store

For future payments you can activate the direct debit using a foreign bank account, see the following topic for more information on this:

Hello, thank you.

Let’s make it clear - I would like to pay with credit card because I don’t live in Portugal …

So, credit card does not work. And direct debit does not work either. I send you a screenshot before today. It’s not possible to configure it according to the instructions you sent.

Everytime I try to put a bank account, it gives me an error, like attached. I have tried with couple of my bank accounts in Poland.

Did you select “Banco estrangeiro” when activating direct debit?
