Additional fees on invoice over a call

Hello,

i’m supposed to have a limited offer (data and call) but when i receive the invoice i had 4.4euros additional charges for calls and i didn’t call international number.

I chose the expensive illimited plan so i won’t have to pay any addtional fees.

please explain; thank you
