possible to cancel contract due to signal issue

Hi i have very bad service experience from nos due to signal issue .in my house i have very bad signal .all the time i have to go to roof or out to the streets for good signal. I called customer service the didnot care. Even suggest me to change the house. I have to use other company sim for internet .even lyca have good signal but not nos. I want to terminate my contract without fine because it is problem from nos that they not fix . Suggest possible solution.

Please confirm whether the issue persists when inserting the SIM card into another device or if there are other NOS numbers in your household experiencing the same difficulty.

The issue is inside the house .i have to go outside to get good network. In the evening when i close all the windows i face this issue even more. I used woo vodafone and lyca. All is ok but with nos i face this issue.
