At this point, I am just frustrated with their services in Agualva-Cacém, Lisbon. 2735-306. Every other week, the internet connection goes down for a full day and sometimes more than a day. Customer Services is good. They attend my call and tell me when the connection will be restored.
Now, its the fourth time since this happened during this month. I cannot afford to loose internet this often. Please I want to terminate my contract. What steps to take? If any representative is here, please reach me out without any explanation. Just terminate my contract! my NIF: *********.
