Problemas na Rede. Não consigo entrar no League Of Legends

A minha rede por alguma razão, do nada, começou a não me deixar conectar ao jogo League of Legends. Depois de muitas tentativas de programas e de falar com os ajudantes de lá, concluiu-se que o problema era da NOS.
"After further investigations it seems that's an issue with players connecting through your ISP during peak hours. Unfortunately this issue is related to your provider and there's not much that we can do on our end.

If you want a permanent solution to this, I advise you to contact your ISP and ask them to perform changes on their end for you to be able to connect with League of Legends.
