No internet on wifi and mobile sim

Hi dear,

I do not have internet in both my mobile sim and wifi. I have package from you and both belongs to NOS.

Can you please fix it soon, I need to do job as I am working from home.

Please tell us if your home service is a satellite service or optical fiber.

What happens when you try to connect to the Wi-Fi? Do you have internet access through a ethernet connection?
