I lived in Vila Real de Santo António for a year and a half and was using NOS.
Then I moved to Porto and wanted to transfer NOS to my new address. I went to the office, and they told me that they had registered the request and I should wait for a call.
I waited for the call for three months, visiting the office every week. Each time, they told me that my request was being processed and to wait for the call.
After a month, I started calling the customer service line. You start the call, talk to an operator for about 10 seconds, say you want to cancel the contract — then they say “please hold,” you wait 30 seconds, and the call automatically ends
In the end, NOS sent me a bill for 300 euros for a service I never received.
I am unable to cancel the contract, and my phone has also been blocked, so I can’t do anything at all.
