change of package


Recently I changed from an only mobile phone line, to a whole package with TV, phone and Internet.

 

My previous Package was 100mbps, the new one should be 200Mbps , but the application in the phone shows 120mpbs. When I checked, the speed is exactly what I am getting.

 

When I called to the support, they said the 200 mbps is already active, but still i can reach max 120mbps in low use times like 2 am per example. 

2 weeks has passed.

today the technician went to my home and he said the change of the internet needed to be done by phone. and in the phone they said the opposite.

do a factory reset of the router. it should work
