This afternoon my internet connection stopped working on all my devices. I tried turning it off and on again, and I did the hard reset 3 times with no results. I cannot access its configuration in aminhanet.nos.pt, i get error 1007 or 1008.

All wireless devices say they're connected to the wifi but no internet.

My desktop connected with Ethernet cable does not work either.

My home phone also connected to the router is not working.

I tried calling 16990 but I could not get through.

Please help, my wife works from home and needs the connection.

At the moment I am not at home but this morning I was still without internet, and I just tried opening aminhanet and it is still giving the same errors (1007 and 1008).
