After having a contract with mobile and internet + tv since 2023, I wanted to upgrade my phone on the 12th of November. Went to the shop in Porto asking if I could change. I have to wait another 6 months. During the conversation and my complaint, I consider the possibility of moving to another provider. The agent then told me that I would not have the chance to get a TV Pack Sport anymore. I was very surprised as I NEVER asked for this pack and it was actually activated on my behalf on the same day (the 12th fo November) during the actual time I was at the agency in Porto Mar Shopping. I made another complaint about this matter and was told that they could not cancel my subscription to this pack for the next 12 months and I would be charged for it, If not I would have to contact customer service each month for the next 12 months to complain about it. Again I never signed anything for the pack and never asked for it. This is purely a Scam from their service. I still have no answer about who activated this pack for me and apparently, they cannot even send me any email confirmation to care for this issue.
Very unfair and a joke of customer service.
Activate a sport without my conscent while I was at the agency and then telling me that I cannot cancel without costs.
