We had NOS technician visiting our house this morning to connect fibre. It could not have gone any worse.
- He was unhelpful and only ready to get a cable installed from a pole next to our boundary to the furtherest corner of our house (c 25 metres) above our heads - just hanging there.
- When I asked him to put a cable from the pole to the closest wall and then run it nicely on the wall, he took it offensive and said he can`t do it.
- When challenged, he told me to f*** off. Seriously
- I asked him to put the socket back and he literally screamed at me to respect him in my house while holding a screwdriver towards me.
Overall, avoid at all costs.
