alternative router

Hi

I have a F@st 5657 router which I find quite restrictive.  Is it possible to use an alternative router with NOS, like a Mikrotik for example?

Thanks

There were some early bugs on updates for the nosnet platforms, but those were already patched. 🙂

The bridge mode is available on the router’s LAN 4 port. You can see a guide on how to activate it the following articles:

Feel free to ask the community for more user feedback on the router, and let us know if you have any questions or issues. 😊

Thank you

Hello @AndyWhit,

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback.

The router’s management is done through the NOS NET app or nosnte.pt platform, throughout all the available router.

Alternatively you can connect you own router to the NOS router via bridge mode.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you

Thanks John

I think bridge mode might be the answer.  Does it work ok with the F@st 5657?  I’ve seen some old reports of problems on this forum
