Card Payment Error


Hello, I attempted to recharge my Kanguru mobile internet today, I received an error however the parent has been taken from my card multiple times (8) .  Is there someone I can contact or is this an internal error that will be automatically corrected?

@ArleneG , You should send Your customer number by PRIVATE message to one of the forum moderators ( @Ana P. , @Mário P.  or @Tiago C. ) and they will try to help You with the subject.
