Wrong roaming fee of 61.5 euro

Hi team,

I recently travelled to China and when I turned on my phone on the airport I received the SMS saying I have reached the data limit of 61.5 Euros. I took the sim card out and used my Chinese phone card all the time and I never used my WTF card in China ( the card doesn’t work there anyways) now in the system is saying that my bill for next month is 76 euros instead of 14, please correct this bill as I never used the card in China.

If you do not wish to use roaming, it is necessary to request its blocking in advance, or disable this option in your device settings before arriving in the destination country.

You received an sms which means that you were using roaming there, with the card inserted on the phone. So the bill is correct
