Olá.

De repente fiquei sem net, há minutos atrás . Fui verificar o router e verifiquei que está com a luz azul intermitente.



Desliguei o router e voltei a ligar. Ficou igual.



Tentei ligar para o apoio apoio, mas fiquei sem telefone fixo. Não verifiquei a box nem a TV.



O que pode ter sucedido??

Hello, this has happened to us also. Our router has a flashing blue light and no connection to the internet. We have turned the router off and back on again (about 3 times) and we have reset the router (2 times) and we still have the problem.

 

We tried to call you, but unfortunately nobody we speak to can speak English. Can you help?

I just received a call from NOS. The problem is in all of Madeira currently. Their engineers are trying to fix and they don’t know how long it will take.

Good to know hopefully fast. In times like this a stable internet connection is a must have for meetings etc.
