I moved out of Portugal recently and canceled my plan contract. But since it was when June was still running I guess I’d have to pay something.
The issue is: All my bills were sent to me via SMS, and the SIM is no longer working. I log into my NOS account, but can’t find anything, nor when I type my NIF to see pending bills.
I cannot call them, what should I do? I do not want debt piling up.
