Fixed phone line not working

my alarm has detected the fixed line is missing and I have checked but have no dial tone on the fixed line, I tried to call NOS, but I cannot speak Portuguese, so dont know what option I have to use

The landline is only available on Line 1 of the NOS router, please ensure that the landline is connected with the telephone cable on both the landline and Line1 of the router, @Karen Michelle Whitaker.
