Good morning, are you referring to the fixed internet? Sometimes there is a brief interruption of services that are automatically restored. If the problem persists, try disconnecting the router directly from the power supply and reconnecting it, wait for the system to stabilize and check if you now have internet. If not, post again here on the Forum so that moderation can help.
