why routers asking pin with other service provider sim cards

Hi good evening i am using nos from last 10 years now I decided to change network provider but both 3g and 4g routers not working 3g router asking pin and 4g showing not valid sim ? Sim is fine working on mobile well but in those router useless. Kindly help 🙏

Se comprou depois de 15/11/2015 os equipamento deveriam estar desbloqueados. 

Bloquear e desbloquear equipamentos | NOS 

Caso tenha bloqueio ao operador, sugiro que contacte através do 800930801.

If you purchased this devices previous of 15/11/2015, there are locked to the provider. Do you know which date were they bought?

If the device is unlocked and not recognizing the SIM card, please bring it to a NOS Store for analysis and repair.
