i just bought a kanguru hotspot with 15 days of internet included, but when I insert the SIM card and try to connect it says « no SIM card or SIM card not valid ».

 

can you please help ?

I think your problem needs to be solved quickly.

In order to speed up the process, send a private message to NOS Facebook reporting the situation with the SIM information (SIM number / PIN).
