Internet 4G router das not work since 3 days

I already reset the router multiple times. Also changed position
The online router interface  from NOS sometimes gives 3G sometimes 4G most of the time no connection.

First would advice reading the router manual here.

Probably a hard reset would do be nice, the reset is in the picture bellow.
