My fix line Internet Not working From 31 July I try to contract with customer Care but not get any response i go out 5 aug from out of country now how it’s work I can’t understand

Yes i do everything already in main Box where all wire Attached there was Red Light in LOS

The issue is same yesterday i visit you store and ask help they just said you received a call from care but still not any call received very poor service i face not one care here last 4 days no internet  tomorrow i go out for some days i meed it urgent   Today because my camera working on net or when i come back on 20 they you solve this problem and  you discount this month bill

@João H. ​@Mário P. You send technician on wrong address I already told you the problem in Estela WIFI the technician visit after 1 Month but in wrong Address what a service by Nos i waiting from 31 July and still my wifi not Working you tell why i pay for this month, Now i book For Tomorrow technician visit my self by app please Tell him visit in estela not Sao Teotonio, Nothing service Provided by Custmore care Till Date , I wait at home left my all work full day for technician but he Visit 550 km away for me on wrong address Wowww what a service My Correct Address in Estela, i am not Liable for pay any Technician Cost

Your technician come today and fixed the problem, as well as i tell you before on 1 aug to technician come in our street for new contention at some home, they cut my wire from the poll your technician also said this some one was cut the wire from the poll, brcause my wifi not working till 1 aug after the techincian come, And i want discount my bill for this because my wifi not working last 1 month
