Fiber installation to street pole

Currently on satellite and 4G fixed internet (rural area). MEO have just installed fiber to the pole by our house.

How to find out if NOS will also provide fiber to the pole by our house, and if not, how to cancel NOS and migrate to MEO without penalty?

    I know right now it’s satellite, but I want to ask when / if it will be fibre since MEO have just put fibre there
